During the power outage, the kids and I took a trip to SW Kansas to get out of the cold weather. I guess the weather followed us. The second day there, they had 12 inches of snow! It worked out OK, though. The kids enjoyed playing outside.

Maiya wasn't as rambunctious in the snow as her brother. She played a little bit, then was ready to go inside.
