Santa visited Minneola today! Mason yelled "No!" when he first saw Santa, but then warmed up after he saw the other kids so happy to sit on his lap! Of course, the bag of candy that Santa was giving each kid helped a little, too.
He told Santa he wanted a combine. (Surprise, surprise!) Little Maiya just cried and would only get within a few feet of Santa. I held her and communicated to Santa for her. She got a smile on her face for a little bit, but never would talk to or take the candy from him! She did have a lot of questions for me afterwards, and she wanted to know if Santa would, in fact, bring her the bike that I told him she wanted!
