It's been too long!
I have taken a long hiatus from my blog...however not by choice! I think everyone knows now that I spent almost 2 months recently in the hospital, and most of that in ICU. What a whirlwind it has been. However, I am thankful now to be home and healing! Praise God!
Through the last few weeks, I have been reminded often of a passage from Romans 5. 1 Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through out Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, 5 and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
I know God has a plan for me and probably several reasons for what I have endured the last several weeks. I pray that I can fulfill his plan and bring him glory while I am here.
I hope to keep up with my blog now! It has taken awhile for the pain to leave my hands and allow me to type. Please check back more often now as I will try to get new pictures of the kids posted!

So glad you are home and healing! Thinking of you guys....
So glad you are feeling like blogging again. Jeremiah 29:11 is my favorite verse - one I have to constantly remind myself of.
