My kids were SO excited for the school year to FINALLY begin! Mason thinks he is pretty big now that he is in Kindergarten. He wanted a Spider Man backpack that surprisingly took us a while to find. Of course, he had to wear a John Deere shirt for his first day, too.

Mason has his own desk in Kindergarten! He was checking out the alphabet, numbers and his name tag that were taped to the desk.
Maiya was beyond ready for her first day of preschool. (She's holding a gift for the preschool teacher that we weren't able to deliver at the end of last year!) 
Dora the Explorer backpack that she got for her birthday this year. She had been telling us that she wanted a Dora backpack even before her birthday in March! And of course, toenails painted just the way she likes then for school, too. I try to talk her out of the 2 color pattern, but she insists!
