Every night, we have to mix my Flolan medicine. The kids love to help me ~ I'm so glad! When we mix the medicine, we then eject it into a small cassette (like what Maiya is holding), then a new cassette goes on my pump that I wear constantly. Last night, Maiya took her turn mixing for me, then she also wanted to write the information that I put on the cassette everyday.
Not so bad, huh?! The info always includes the date we mixed, the date the medicine will expire (only 2 days later), the concentration and the rate of the pump. It won't be long before she won't require me to observe her. Such a blessing!
