We cheated on gingerbread houses this year! Not intentionally, of course, but I bought the kits with the houses already made. Oh, well. We still had fun decorating them. Maiya lost interest after eating a bunch of her frosting, but Mason stayed with it.
My family met at our house this year. The kids were more than spoiled, and it was just the beginning!

At Grandpa and Grandma Shelor's, Maiya got the "Pet Vet" she saw on TV over and over! Mason got more John Deere toys.
And...Grandpa and Grandma Shelor got the kids a trampoline! Forty degrees outside? No problem! They bundled up and went outside anyway. Maiya put on 4 pairs of socks!
